2024 Individuals Registration

2024 INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The details on this page are for either new players to the league or returning players that are seeking a new team to play on.

Registration Practice:

Please e-mail the requested information at the bottom of this web page and we will reply with a confirmation that you are pre-registered for this pre-season practice approximately 3rd week of March (Date & Location To Be Determined).

The Premier regular season planned start date is on Tuesday, April 2. The regular season runs throughout April, May and June with play-offs taking place from early to late June.

General Equipment Requirements:

CSA approved helmets required; no “cats-eye” type goalie masks permitted; ice hockey gloves or approved Canadian Ball Hockey Association gloves required;

Matching jerseys and sweat pants or shorts are used (individual teams must either wear all shorts or all sweat pants - not a combination of the two).

Kneepads, shin pads and elbow pads and jock/cup are recommended.

Financial Requirements:

The cost for the season in 2024 is $320 and no refund policy is in effect.

To pre-register send an e-mail to mike.premierballhockey@gmail.com with the following information:

First and last name; date of birth, preferred playing position (forward, defenseman or goalie), which way you shoot (right or left), contact telephone number and short description of your previous ball hockey or ice hockey experience.
